Kill Your Clone in It Has My Face
Behaviour Interactive, known for Dead by Daylight, has announced its newest publishing project called It Has My Face. It is a first-person horror roguelite developed by indie sibling duo NightByte Games, the creators of Samurai Survivors. Set in a bleak, dystopian city, the game casts players in a chilling role: tracking down and eliminating their own clone before it does the same to them.
Originally conceived as a class project, It Has My Face took shape during a game jam and quickly found an enthusiastic following on itch.io. With growing interest, it has now evolved into a full-fledged title, with a playable demo available on Steam. Players can also wishlist the game ahead of its Early Access launch later this year.
The official announcement was made during the PAX East live broadcast. There, Behaviour revealed the game’s trailer and shared a message from NightByte Games founder Salih Ünal. You can check out the official trailer right below.
It Has My Face blends horror, roguelite mechanics, and social deception into a tense, ever-changing experience. The game procedurally generates every run, randomizing maps, AI behavior, and weapons to ensure no two encounters feel the same. It creates an atmosphere of constant paranoia, as your clone hides in plain sight, waiting to strike.
As players navigate this twisted cityscape, they will unlock new strategies, confront new threats, and piece together the mystery behind the clones. Using tools, environments, and the behaviors of surrounding crowds, they must adapt to survive.
With its eerie premise and emergent gameplay, It Has My Face promises a uniquely unsettling experience where trust is fleeting and danger wears your own face.
